Cloakroom
Harpa's cloakroom is located on K1, next to the escalator to the ground floor.
Please note that Harpa is not responsible for coats on hangers, regardless of whether they are with a key or not.
Clothes hangers are free of charge to guests at events in Harpa. Some hangers have a safety lock, where a steel wire is slipped through the garment's sleeve and snapped into a lock. Guests take the key with them and then leave it in the hangar after use.
We recommend you take a photo of the coat hanger's number so you don't forget it.
Lost & Found items
All inquiries about lost and found items and lost keys should be sent through the form, and Harpa's staff will respond as soon as possible.
You can visit Harpa's Box Office, which is open from 10 am to 6 pm every weekday.
Items are kept for a month and then donated to charity. Found items can be picked up at Harpa's Box Office, open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
