Kaldalón Auditorium is especially well-suited for smaller concerts. The seating in Kaldalón is stationary and is arranged on a fixed gradient leading down to the stage area. The stage itself is movable, allowing for flexibility, and the floor can also be utilised as a platform for the performers. The walls of the auditorium feature built-in LED lighting, making it easy to create the desired atmosphere for any event.

Kaldalón has backstage facilities, including two spacious dressing rooms with toilets, mirrors, lockers, and showers. In front of Kaldalón, the open space known as Norðurbryggja offers a view of the marina and is suitable for various types of receptions, which can be booked with events held in Kaldalón.
