Clas­sical Fu­tures Europe

Classical Futures Europe is the European platform supporting the careers and professional development of exceptional emerging international artists in classical music. In this concert series young musicians from all over the world are introduced. The concert series started last autumn and is part of Harpa's elegant 10th anniversary program.

The platform supports an influential consortium of Europe’s leading venues in presenting more such artists to their local audiences.

October 12th: Andri Björn Róbertsson, Bass-baritone

February 16-18th: Joao Barradas, Accordionist and Composer 4-5. mars: ARIS, String Quartet

March 23d: Johannes Piirto, Pianist

April 6th: Álfheiður Erla Guðmundsdóttir, Sopran

May 11th: Dúó Edda, Violinist and Cellist
